Can You Build, by
Can You Build is one of the experiments from — a personal project by three engineers in the Netherlands, testing what the enterprise shift to agentic software really means. We build and test what's coming at home, in the open, then carry what survives into the large organisations we work in. The views here are our own, not our employers'.
What we're testing
- Will It Build? — our main experiment: can a field of coding agents rebuild real, proprietary software from nothing but context? Every run is deployed, verified, and published in the open — what works, what breaks, and why.
- Can You Build — an experiment in hiring for the age of AI: practical, scenario-based work samples instead of trivia, that reveal both what people know and how they solve problems. Built to enterprise standards.
How Can You Build works (in three lines)

- Add candidates to get anonymous assessment links you distribute yourself — no account, no PII required.
- Review AI-assisted scores and transcripts in your dashboard.
